OTEC POLOSHING AND FINISHING SYSTEMS FOR METALS

It is the high-performance desktop version that gathers all the important advantages of the CF series, which has widespread use and very successful process results all over the world. It is ideal for deburring, grinding, and polishing of industrial parts, especially in the jewelry industry.

Magnetic polishing is the ideal preliminary step before wet processing. The surfaces are mechanically processed by means of tiny, rounded steel pins without causing material abrasion (important for valuable materials such as gold). The advantage of magnetic polishing is that even highly complex and delicate geometries can be processed perfectly and in the tiniest corners. With this process, the surfaces achieve a beautiful shine. The machines ECO-Maxi magnetic: highly cost-effective For small and mid-sized batches Ideal for jewelers, goldsmiths, and smaller production MAG 30: short processing times, higher output For large batches Industrial usage for mid-sized and larger jewelry manufacturers.

Excellent finishing effects are created by the centrifugal force difference between consumables and workpieces. Thanks to this situation, 20 times better results can be obtained compared to traditional methods. In wet finishing, there is a continuous flow of water-shampoo mixture into the system, however, fine parts are cleared of the finishing process residues remaining on them, and as a result, a clean and corrosion-free surface is obtained.

CERAMIC CAVITY SYSTEM

This system consists of 2 ceramic rings and the gap between them can be adjusted up to 0.05 mm. It is the ideal system for dry finishing processes using fine polishing materials and ensures perfect process results.

CERAMIC/POLYURETHANE CAVITY SYSTEM

It is widely used in wet finishing processes. Thanks to the ceramic-polyurethane structure, the workpieces are prevented from getting stuck in the cavity, so the process can be finished reliably. In addition, this system provides advantages in terms of maintenance.

UNIQUE ZERO GAP SYSTEM

Ideal for wet finishing of thin parts. The gap between the fixed and rotating disk can be reduced to zero. In this way, it is possible to use very fine abrasive consumables and the risk of workpieces getting stuck in the cavity is eliminated.
